AEDIFICA AOO.BR: 
Belgian healthcare real estate investor Aedifica NV has invested €20 million in the development of two care homes in Finland, with an initial yield above 6.5%.

FRANCE/POLITICS:
French conservative presidential candidate Edouard Philippe has won the backing of government minister Gerald Darmanin for next year's election, Darmanin said in a newspaper interview published on Monday.

MONTEA MONTE.BR:
Belgian logistics real estate company Montea has signed a long-term lease agreement with JD.Com for approximately 50,000 m² at a prime logistics location in Willebroek.
