March 10 (Reuters) - Aegis Logistics Ltd  AEGS.NS : 
 * Approved setting up of 25000 MT of LPG storage terminal at Haldia port at 
project cost not exceeding INR 2.5 billion 
 
 * Source text: Aegis Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2016, inter alia, have considered and approved the following : 
 
1. Appointment of Mr. Raj Kishore Singh as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. March 10, 2016. 
 
2. In pursuance of the Company's strategy to build a necklace of terminal around India's coastline, the Board approved the setting up of 25000 MT of LPG storage terminal at Haldia Port at a project cost not exceeding Rs. 250 crores to be operational in 15 months and financed out of the Internal Accruals.
