Systems  AEHR.O  up 4.1% at $43.13 before the bell
    ** Co reports Q4 net sales of $22.3 mln, up $20.3 mln from
Q4 of 2022
    ** Co posts Q4 GAAP net income of $6.1 mln, or $0.21 per
diluted share, vs $5.8 mln, or $0.20 per diluted share, reported
a year ago
    ** Performance driven by bookings and rev shipments of
WaferPak full wafer Contactors for silicon carbide
semiconductors and FOX wafer level test and burn-in systems -
says co 
    ** AEHR shares up 106.12% YTD
