2025 ANNUAL REPORT & ACCOUNTS AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

AEP Plantations Plc will be holding its Annual General Meeting at the offices
of UHY Hacker Young LLP, Quadrant House, Floor 6, 4 Thomas More
Square, London E1W 1YW on Monday, 15 June 2026 at 11 am (UK time).

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, a copy of the 2025 Annual Report
and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will shortly be uploaded to the
National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing
at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

Report and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be despatched in due
