(previously Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc)

("AEP" or the "Company")

 

Change of Name

 

Further to requisite approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on
23 June 2025, the Company announces that it has formally changed its name from
"Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc" to "AEP Plantations Plc" at Companies House
with effect from 24 November 2025, and a Certificate of Incorporation on the
change of name has been issued accordingly.

 

It is expected that the change of name will take effect on the Main Market of
the London Stock Exchange from 8.00 a.m. on 26 November 2025.

 

The Company's trading ticker symbol on the London Stock Exchange will remain
unchanged as "AEP", ensuring continuity for our shareholders and market
partners. The Company's ISIN (GB0000365774), SEDOL (0036577) and LEI
(2138009ROZICGP42QP19) will also remain the same.

 

Shareholders are unaffected by the change and existing share certificates will
remain valid and should be retained.
