** U.S. defense technology firm AeroVironment's AVAV.O shares jump 20.1% to $167 in premarket trading
** Co beat Q4 adjusted EPS estimates, revenue more than doubled yr/yr, helped by acquisitions
** 17 of 20 brokerages rate stock "buy" or higher, three "hold"; their median PT is $260.91
** AVAV has missed adjusted EPS estimates for past three quarters before Q4
** RBC cuts PT to $210 from $250, says co's uncertainty on FY27 budget remains a risk
** Up to last close, stock is down 42.5% YTD vs a 15% rise in S&P Aerospace and Defense Select Industry Index .SPXSAD
