Dec 9 (Reuters) - Sat Industries Ltd  STIN.BO : 
 * Allotted 18 mln warrants convertible in to equity shares at a 
   consideration of INR 7.00 per warrant to promoter and non promoters

Sat Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 09, 2015 has allotted 1,80,00,000 number of warrants convertible in to equity shares at a consideration of Rs. 7.00 per warrant in accordance with the Chapter Vll of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 as amended to promoter and Non Promoters.
