    Italian energy group Eni has opted to list a minority stake
in its new retail and renewable business next year, the company
said on Thursday. "An IPO (initial public offering) will unlock
significant value, positioning the business for growth and

    Stellantis, owner of Opel, is considering splitting off the
German carmaker's largest plant and a second plant, which is
shutting down temporarily next week due to chip shortages, a

    The organizers of the Geneva International Motor Show said
on Thursday that they would not organise the event next year due

    The bank completed the agreement with Monte dei Paschi di
Siena Foundation for the settlement of all disputes arising

    Italy's Monte dei Paschi di Siena BMPS.MI and its former top
investor said on Thursday their final agreement to settle all
outstanding legal disputes would also include commitments
regarding the bank's art assets and its historical headquarters.

    Leonardo signed a new Revolving Credit Facility, the first
to be ESG linked, with a pool of international and national
banks, company said. The ESG-linked Revolving Credit Facility,
signed for 2.4 billion euros, is divided into a tranche of 1.8
billion euros with a maturity of 5 years and a tranche of 600
