    June 16 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.
ADP ADP.PA:    French airport operator Aeroports de Paris reported May group traffic rose 1.2% to 32.8 million passengers, with Paris Aéroport traffic up 1.0% at 9.5 million passengers, as impacts from Middle East instability gradually ease.
EDENRED EDEN.PA:    French payment solutions company Edenred acquired Mobility House Solutions, strengthening its position in Germany and Austria, with the transaction expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026.
FRANCE/G7: European leaders will warn U.S. President Donald Trump at Tuesday’s G7 summit that a superficial interim Iran deal risks entrenching Tehran's nuclear and ballistic missile programmes, while also pressing him to rethink his Ukraine strategy.
IRAN: U.S. President Donald Trump on Monday said an agreement with Iran has been signed and that the text of the deal would be released sometime after a formal signing on Friday, adding that the Strait of Hormuz would also be fully open.
ORANGE ORAN.PA:    French telecommunications company Orange priced €850 million in undated 7-year non-call hybrid notes at a 4.25% coupon and launched a tender offer to repurchase €1.25 billion of existing 12-year non-call notes and €500 million of existing 7.5-year non-call notes.
THALES TCFP.PA:    French defense and technology company Thales said Availity selected Thales OneWelcome to support billions of transactions and millions of users across its healthcare network.
VALLOUREC VLLP.PA: French tubular solutions company Vallourec said it expected geothermal to become the largest contributor to its new energies business, with an addressable market of around 400,000 tonnes by 2030.
