** AerSale Corporation's ASLE.O shares down 10.3% at $15
premarket after overnight secondary offering prices
** Aviation products/services firm late Tues announced 4 mln
shares by holders, including Leonard Green & Partners, with RBC
as sole underwriter
** Offering priced at $15.15, 9.4% discount to last sale,
according to market sources
** Private equity firm Leonard Green cuts stake from 34% to
27%, per the prospectus filing
** AerSale has ~51.2 mln shares outstanding
** Shares up 3% YTD through Tues close
