AerSale falls as Leonard Green carves stake in secondary offering

** AerSale's  ASLE.O  shares down 10.5% at $13.23 premarket
on secondary offering pricing
    ** Aviation products/services firm late Weds announced 4 mln
shares sold by PE firm Leonard Green with RBC as sole
underwriter
    ** Top shareholder Leonard Green reduces its stake by about
a third to 18.6%, or ~9.6 mln shares
    ** AerSale has ~51.33 mln shares outstanding
    ** Last Thurs, ASLE shares gained ~5% after co received FAA
certification for its Enhanced Flight Vision System (EFVS) for
Boeing's  BA.N  737NG product line
    ** YTD, shares down ~9% through Weds close. Stock has
bounced >40% from 2023 low hit in early Aug
