Wall Street's main indexes were on course to open higher on Thursday, a day
after the Federal Reserve hinted an end to its recent aggressive rate hikes and
signaled that borrowing costs would be lower next year. .N 
    
    At 9:02 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.54% at 37,311. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.55% at 4,734.25, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.46%
at 16,640.25.
