AEW UK REIT Plc is pleased to announce that Laura Elkin (Portfolio
Manager) and Henry Butt (Assistant Portfolio Manager) will provide a live
presentation relating to the three-month period ended 30 June 2022 via the
Investor Meet Company platform on 1st August 2022 at 3:00pm BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions

09:00am BST the day before the meeting or at any time during the live
