AEW UK REIT plc (the "Company")

 

Issue of shares from treasury

The Company announces that it has today sold from treasury 150,000 of its
ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") for cash at a price of 109.41 pence per
Ordinary Share and at a premium to the Company's latest published net asset
value per share.

Following this transaction, the Company's issued share capital is 158,774,746
Ordinary Shares, comprising 158,574,746 Ordinary Shares in circulation and
200,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury, which do not carry any voting rights.
Accordingly, the total voting rights in the Company are 158,574,746. This
figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to, their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct
Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
