AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), a leading provider of hydrogen power generation
technologies, is pleased to confirm, further to the announcement on 16
December 2024, the appointment of Karl Bostock as Chief Financial Officer and
Executive Director, effective today.

 

The Company is also pleased to announce that John Wilson, Chief Executive
Officer and Karl Bostock will host an introductory meeting via Investor Meet
Company at 09:00 GMT, on 6 February 2025.
