AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), the industrial fuel cell power company, announces that notice of the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM") has today been posted to shareholders and will be available on the Company's website imminently. The Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 October 2018 will be posted to shareholders shortly.
The AGM will be held at AFC Energy PLC, Dunsfold Park, Stovolds Hill, Cranleigh GU6 8TB at 12 noon on Tuesday 30 April 2019.
