DIRECTOR / PDMR DEALINGS

Afentra plc ('Afentra' or the 'Company'), the upstream oil and gas Company
listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, announces that it was
notified on 19 August 2022 that Ian Cloke has purchased a total of 64,177
ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price
of 30.91 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result the total shareholding in the Company of Ian Cloke and persons
closely associated with him comprises 2,128,009 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 0.97% of the Company's issued share capital.
