Appointment of GMP FirstEnergy as Joint Broker
 
Sterling Energy plc ("Sterling "or the "Company"), the AIM listed oil and gas exploration company (AIM: SEY), is pleased to announce the appointment of GMP FirstEnergy as its joint corporate broker with immediate effect.  Peel Hunt will continue as a Nominated adviser and broker to the Company.
