Board Changes
Sterling Energy plc (the "Company"), the AIM listed oil and gas exploration company (AIM: SEY), announces that Nicholas Clayton (Non-Executive Chairman), Keith Henry (Non-Executive Director), and Malcolm Pattinson (Non-Executive Director) have resigned as Directors of the Company with immediate effect due to strategic differences on the future direction of the Company. 
Eskil Jersing (CEO) will assume the role of interim Chairman. Michael Kroupeev remains on the Board as a Non-Executive Director. The Company intends to appoint appropriately qualified replacement non-executive directors in due course.
