Sterling Energy Plc ("Sterling" or the "Company"), the AIM listed oil and gas exploration company with a high potential exploration asset in Somaliland and an active strategy to deliver shareholder value through disciplined, exploration and production projects, advises that it has published its Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018 which, together with the Notice of the Company's Annual General meeting ("AGM"), is today being made available to shareholders. The Report and Financial Statements, and notice of AGM can be found on the Company's website, www.sterlingenergyplc.com.
