Affle India soars on debut after $65 mln IPO

** Shares of Affle India Ltd  AFFL.NS  rise as much as 28.7%
to 958.7 rupees on debut
    ** Marketing and advertising technology solutions provider,
an arm of Singapore-based Affle Holdings Pte Ltd, saw strong 
response to its 4.59 billion rupee ($64.74 million) IPO
    ** The offering, which included fresh issue of 900 mln
rupees and an offer for sale for 3.69 bln rupees, was subscribed
86.5 times the shares on offer
    ** The IPO's price band was set at 740-745 rupees
    ** The NSE-listed stock opened at 926 rupees 
($1 = 70.8950 Indian rupees)
