The Company announces that Robert Knapp, Director, has purchased 214,526
ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of US$0.55 per
Ordinary Share.  As a result, Robert Knapp is interested in 5,066,011
Ordinary Shares.

The Company also announces that Africa Opportunity Cayman Limited, a Person
Closely Associated with Robert Knapp, is interested in 1,387,375 Ordinary
Shares.
