Brazil's YDUQS in talks with Afya over potential business combination SAO PAULO, Aug 24 (Reuters) - Brazilian education company YDUQS YDUQ3.SA said on Monday it is in talks with Nasdaq-listed Afya AFYA.O regarding a potential business combination.
The company added in a securities filing that discussions remain at an early stage and that no agreement, contract or binding commitment has been reached.
Newspaper O Globo first reported the talks on Sunday.
