shareholder of company, is indirectly held as to 60% by Alibaba
Holding and as to 40% by Ant Financial
* Within 45 days from date of JV agreement Agtech Media and
Paytm Group to incorporate jv co in India with an initial
authorised share capital of about HK$6 million
