    ** Co co-opts Klaus Roehrig, partner of majority shareholder
AOC, as non-executive director
    ** ING says entry of "activist" may lead to board shake-up
    ** Although no surprise (AOC holds over 10% of Agfa),
brokerage expects AOC to put pressure on co's mgmt leading co to
accelerate cost saving, Healthcare IT spin-off, and changes in
governance
    **  KBC thinks that through this, AOC wants to weigh as much
as possible on Healthcare IT decision process
    ** Stock best performer on Belgium's mid-cap index  .BELM 
and third best on Euronext Next 150  .N150
