Oct 13 (Reuters) - The S&P 500 and the Nasdaq inched lower on Tuesday as chip stocks came under selling pressure while investors parsed a mixed bag of quarterly results, including those from big US banks. .N
At 13:19 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was down 0.39% at 51,650.16. The S&P 500 .SPX was down 0.12% at 7,797.86, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 0.21% at 27,188.76.
