** Biotech Agile Therapeutics Inc's  AGRX.O  shares rise
21.5% to $4.30 premarket
    ** Company on Tuesday reported an agreement with vitaCare
Prescription Services, a unit of digital healthcare platform
GoodRx Holdings Inc  GDRX.O 
    ** With the deal, AGRX plans to increase prescriptions
filled for its Twirla contraceptive patch through certain
telemedicine platforms
    ** ARGX's ongoing plan is of expanding commercial reach
through partnerships, expecting to achieve 2023 net revenue
between $25 mln and $30 mln
    ** As of last close, Agile shares down 68.4% YTD
