Agilysys jumps on Q4 profit from year-ago loss and higher revenue

** Shares of software co  AGYS.O  rise as much as 19% to
$42.78, a near two-month high 
    ** Stock last up ~13%, on course for best day since July
2020
    ** AGYS on Tuesday, after markets closed, reported Q4 profit
from a year ago loss and higher revenue
    ** Q4 net income attributable to common shareholders was
$1.5 mln, or 6 cents/shr, compared to loss of $24.7 mln, or

    ** Q4 revenue rose 28% to $46.6 mln 
    ** AGYS also expects full-year 2023 revenue between $190 mln
and $195 mln
    ** Stock down ~8% this year
