Australia's AGL sells bulk of Tilt Renewables stake for $487 million
Nov 10 (Reuters) - AGL Energy AGL.AX said on Monday it has sold 19.9% of its 20% stake in Tilt Renewables, a clean energy developer, for A$750 million ($487.35 million) to a group led by Queensland Investment Corp (QIC) and Australia's sovereign Future Fund.
