AGNC surges following preliminary results

** Shares of AGNC Investment Corp  AGNC.O  rise about 11% on
Tuesday after the real estate investment trust provided strong
preliminary quarterly results
    ** AGNC said late on Monday that comprehensive loss per
share for quarter ended September estimated between $1.99 and
$2.03, vs analysts' view of $0.56, per Refinitiv
    ** Company, which invests in residential mortgage-backed
securities, announced dividend of 12 cents per share for October
    ** AGNC down 46% YTD vs Nasdaq's  .IXIC  33% decrease
