June 26 (Reuters) - Polish media group Agora AGOP.WA said on Thursday its unit Wyborcza, one of Poland's biggest daily newspapers, plans to lay off around 10% of workforce, equivalent to 49 jobs.
Agora said the layoffs were caused by a phasing out of printing operations after it announced a printing services deal with Poland's publishing group Polska Press, owned by Orlen PKN.WA.
Wyborcza plans to consult trade unions and notify the labor office about the layoffs.
