Agora expects positive ruling if regulator appeals court OK of Eurozet takeover

GDANSK, May 20 (Reuters) - Poland's Agora AGOP.WA expects
Polish competition watchdog UOKiK to appeal a mid-May court
verdict clearing the way for its takeover of Radio Zet owner
Eurozet, management board member Anna Krynska-Godlewska said.
The media house expects a positive outcome from a potential
further court ruling, but says the process would set back the
takeover by several to around a dozen months, she added.
