** Comstock Resources Inc's  CRK.N  shares up 6% to $12.45
premarket as shale driller set to join S&P 600 SmallCap index
 .SPCY  next week
    ** Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones' Comstock to replace
Agree Realty  ADC.N  in SPCY effective Mon (Feb 6), according to
S&P Dow Jones Indices
    ** In turn, retail REIT Agree moving to S&P MidCap 400 index
 .IDX . ADC shares down 1.8% at $72.79 before the bell
    ** Agree replacing commercial REIT Store Capital  STOR.N ,
which is being acquired by Singapore's GIC and PE firm Oak
Street, division of Blue Owl Capital  OWL.N , in deal expected
to close soon
    ** CRK shares off ~14% in Jan, but have gained ~48% over the
past year. Co has ~$3.3 bln market cap, per Refinitiv
    ** Avg rating on CRK is "hold" and breakdown of
recommendations is 3 "buy" or "strong buy", 7 "hold" and 2
"sell" or "strong sell"; median PT of $16 down from $24 on Oct
