Appointment of Joint Broker

Agronomics Limited (AIM:ANIC), a leading listed investor in cultivated meat
and alternative nutrition, is pleased to announce the appointment of Cenkos
Securities as Joint Broker with immediate effect.

The appointment of Zeus Capital Ltd as Joint Broker to the Company was
terminated on 25 September 2020.
