Broker Option Results
Further to the announcement made on 25 May 2021 regarding the increase in shares available for the Broker Option, Agronomics is pleased to announce that Peterhouse has provided the Company with the totals of orders received and accepted, together with the allocation:
Total amount of orders:                                £17.678 million
Representing:                                                 5.89 times oversubscription
Amount of orders accepted:                        £12.158 million
Allocation:                                                       24.68% (equalling £3 million or 13,636,364 Ordinary Shares)
Subject to the result of the EGM to be held on 28 May 2021, trading in the new Ordinary Shares is expected to commence on Tuesday, 1 June 2021.
