DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Further to the announcement on 26 March 2026, AIB Group plc and Allied Irish
Banks, p.l.c. (together the "Group" or "AIB") confirms that Mr Brendan
McDonagh has stepped down from his role as non-executive Director and as
Deputy Chair of the Board with effect from the conclusion of today's Annual
General Meeting.

The Board reiterates its thanks to Mr McDonagh for his significant
contribution during his tenure as a Director and wishes him continued success
in the future.

The Board further announces that Mr Basil Geoghegan, who has served as an
independent non‑executive Director since September 2019, has been appointed
Deputy Chair with immediate effect.

This announcement is made in accordance with Euronext Dublin Listing Rule
6.1.5 and relevant UK Listing Rules.
