Allied Irish Banks, p.l.c., the principal operating company of AIB Group,
files its Annual Financial Report 2022 under Regulation 4 of the Transparency
(Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 as amended (the "Regulations"). The
Annual Financial Report was approved by the Directors on 7 March 2023 and is
