Director/PDMR Shareholding
Air Astana Group (the "Company") was notified that, on 17 February 2025,
shares were released to the following Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility ("PDMRs") as an IPO Award under the Company's long-term
incentive programmes. The award was granted on 17 February 2024 (over common
shares in the Company (the "Shares") and GDRs representing Shares (with one
GDR representing four Shares)) and was subject to applicable performance
conditions.
