Almaty, Kazakhstan - Air Astana JSC (the "Company") announces that on 5 May
2025 (the "reporting period"), it purchased the following number of ordinary
shares of the Company ("Shares") and global depositary receipts representing
Shares ("GDRs") through JSC "Halyk Finance" pursuant to the buyback programme
announced on 14 March 2025 (the "Programme").
An aggregated daily breakdown of the trades made as part of the Programme is
detailed below:
