AIRBUS AIR.PA/SPAIN:
Employees of aircraft maker Airbus AIR.PA have gone on strike across most of Spain until the end of July over what unions describe as deteriorating working conditions.
AIR LIQUIDE AIRP.PA:
French industrial gas company Air Liquide will invest over $200 million to support chemical manufacturing expansion in Texas, with a new partial oxidation unit scheduled to come on stream in early 2029.
BANIJAY GROUP BNJ.AS:
Television production company Banijay Group and RedBird IMI have completed the merger of Banijay Entertainment and All3Media.
ECB/FRANCE/POLITICS/LAGARDE:
European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde said on Thursday she was not a candidate in the French presidential race but would advocate for pro-European values in her home country "in whichever capacity" she deemed most efficient.
FRANCE/ECONOMY:
French economic growth strengthened in the second quarter as activity increased in June across industry and rebounded in services and construction, the Bank of France said on Thursday, revising its outlook up.
GTT GTT.PA:
French maritime technology company Gaztransport et Technigaz received an order from Samsung Heavy Industries for tank design of the first U.S. FLNG unit, the world's largest by production capacity, scheduled for delivery in mid-2030.
MONTEA MONTE.BR:
Belgian logistics real estate company Montea will develop a facility in Tiel for BSH Home Appliances, with construction expected to commence in Q4 2026 and completion scheduled for Q1 2028.
VINCI SGEF.PA:
French construction and concessions company Vinci won an eight-year contract to install and operate charging stations for heavy vehicles in Germany, involving an investment of around €100 million.
