AIREA plc (AIM: AIEA), the UK design-led specialist flooring company, supplying both the UK and international markets, announces that on 6 May 2025, Tanya Ashton, Non-Executive Director, purchased 17,349 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 28.7 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the transaction, Tanya Ashton's total interest in the Company is 17,349 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
