Completion of the Tender Offer and Total Voting Rights
The Company announces that, further to its announcement of 8 January 2015, the repurchase of 2,838,102 Ordinary Shares by the Company from N+1 Singer for cancellation is now complete.
The Company notifies the market that following the implementation of the Tender Offer and the cancellation of the repurchased shares, its issued share capital now consists of 43,404,353 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 25 pence each ('Ordinary Shares'). The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 43,404,353.
The figure of 43,404,353 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
