Long Term Incentive Plan Awards

 

AIREA plc (LSE: AIEA), the manufacturer, marketer and distributor of floor
coverings, announces that on 15 December 2022, under the terms of the
Company's recently established Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), nil-cost
options over ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") were granted to Mederic Payne (Chief Executive Officer) and Ryan
Thomas (Group Finance Director), each a person discharging managerial
responsibilities, as follows:

 Option Holder  Number of Ordinary Shares subject to an option
 Mederic Payne  500,000
 Ryan Thomas    350,000

 

Each award has been granted subject to performance conditions based on the
Company's earnings before interest, tax and depreciation ("EBITDA") and share
price performance over a three year period ending 31 December 2025.  Each
award will, ordinarily, vest on 31 December 2025 and is capable of exercise
between 1 January 2026 and 15 December 2032.

Further details of the LTIP will be provided in the Company's Annual Report
and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2022 to be published in 2023.
