PDMR/PCA Dealing
The Company announces that it was notified on 23 December 2016 that on the same day, Judith Salt, wife and PCA of Roger Salt, Group Finance Director, sold 34,326 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 33.999 pence per Ordinary Share and bought 34,257 Ordinary Shares at 34 pence per Ordinary Share to effect a transfer into Judith's ISA.
As a result of the above transactions, Judith's holding in the Company is 99,931 Ordinary Shares.
