Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights
The Company announces that on 12 April 2016, in accordance with prior approvals from shareholders and as part of an ongoing share buyback programme to return capital to shareholders, it purchased 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for cancellation at an average price of 20 pence.
Following cancellation, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 41,354,353 Ordinary Shares. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 41,354,353.
The figure of 41,354,353 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
