    ** The cosmetic surgery firm lowers annual revenue forecast
to $180 mln-$190 mln from its previous estimate of ~$220 mln 
    ** AIRS posts Q2 loss of 6 cents/shr vs profit of 3
cents/shr a year ago
    ** Co posts Q2 revenue of $51 mln vs $55.7 mln a year ago
    ** Up to last close, stock down 47.4% YTD
