London and Lagos, 14 July 2025: Airtel Africa, a leading provider of
telecommunications and mobile money services, with a presence in 14 countries
across Africa, will announce its results for the three months ended 30 June
2025 on Thursday, 24 July 2025.

Management will host a conference call for analysts and investors at 1:00pm UK
time (BST) on Thursday, 24 July 2025.
