Transaction in Own Shares and share buyback update
London and Lagos, 28 March 2025: Airtel Africa announces today it has
purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of USD 0.50 each from
Barclays Capital Securities Limited pursuant to the authority granted by its
shareholders as part of its share buy-back programme, details of which were
announced on 23 December 2024.

Lowest price paid per share (GBp): 164.10p
Highest price paid per share (GBp): 166.10p
Volume weighted average price paid (GBp): 165.09p
The purchased ordinary shares will be cancelled.
Share buy-back update
The company announces that in future, all shares repurchased under this
tranche of the share buy-back programme will be held in treasury for use in
connection with an employee share incentive scheme.
