Transaction in Own Shares

 

London and Lagos, 25 February 2025: Airtel Africa announces today it has
purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of USD 0.50 each from
Barclays Capital Securities Limited pursuant to the authority granted by its
shareholders as part of its share buy-back programme, details of which were
announced on 23 December 2024.

 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:  105,515
 Lowest price paid per share (GBp):              137.90p
 Highest price paid per share (GBp):             138.70p
 Volume weighted average price paid (GBp):       138.25p

 

The purchased ordinary shares will be cancelled.
