Qualigen jumps on U.S. patent for cancer drug

** Shares of biotech company Qualigen Therapeutics Inc
 QLGN.O  jump ~30% to $1.27 premarket
    ** Co says it has been granted a U.S. patent covering
composition of matter for its experimental drug to treat solid
tumors, including pancreatic cancer
    ** The patent is expected to provide protection to the drug,
QN-302, through 2040 - QLGN
    ** QLGN says it has also received a similar patent in the EU
    ** Stock has fallen ~84% in the past 12 months, as of last
close
